Last week the traditional Byte TI Golf Tournament took place at Campo de La Herrería in San Lorenzo del Escorial (Madrid), which this year has achieved the record number of participants with more than 100 players fighting to get the first prize. Sponsored by Commvault, Compusof, Kyocera, Lexmark, VMware, Intel, Philips-AOC, Zoom, Fujitsu and Seidor, it had great participation by CIOs and IT managers from private and public companies in our country.In the field, Julian Hernandez Vigliano, SGTIC of the Ministry of the Presidency, was the winner of the XXIII edition of the Byte TI Golf Tournament. Second place was ranked Alfredo Castañeda Sarachaga, I&O – Integration of Mapfre Datacenters while third place went to Ivan Gomez Oeo, Medical Director Quiron Health. The Scratch trophy was won by Narciso Lasso de la Vega, Chief of the Technical Section of Logistics Applications of the Navy. The female winner was Miriam Spanish, Heineken Digital Product Development Leader while longest drive got it Javier Torres AlonsoCISO of Allfunds Bank and the closest ball went to Javier Rodriguez SanchezDirector of Bankiner’s Digital Banking Programs.
