First open world Star Wars game
Ubisoft unveiled Star Wars Outlaws today at the Xbox Game Showcase. Developed by Ubisoft Massive, the studio behind The Division series, Star Wars Outlaws is the first open-world Star Wars game ever created in the franchise.Star Wars Outlaws features an original story set between the events of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Today Ubisoft has shown us a brutal cinematographic advance, which, except for the 3D of the human characters, could well pass for the teaser of a Star Wars movie or series due to its high quality and for what the redundancy is worth, how cinematographic it is.
In it we have met the main protagonist of the story, Kay Vess, a cunning scoundrel who is looking for the means to start a new life. Always on the run and looking over her shoulder, Vess is offered the chance to start over. But she will require pulling off the most daring heist the Outer Rim has ever seen. Fans of the saga may recognize Han Solo frozen in Carbonite and a Rancor, although you don’t know if it is Pateesa, the creature owned by Jabba the Hutt.
