The Xbox manager knows that workers feel uncertainty and have many doubts about what will happen in the future. For which he assured that there will soon be opportunities to discuss it and promised that they will be as “transparent as possible.” Likewise, he took the opportunity to thank the developers for all their effort and work. “Moving forward with ambiguity is challenging, but I am confident that together we will get through this difficult time. Your work is greatly appreciated and valued in these times of change and is an integral part of driving our business forward. I am confident in our future and I am proud to be a part of this team, but I am also aware that this is a challenging time and I want to thank you for everything you do here,” added Spencer.
