James Gunn has revealed who is the best Marvel actor. In response to a fan comment on Twitter, the director of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has praised the actor who plays the High Evolutionary, Chukwudi Iwuji. He says that he is the best actor he has ever worked with. “Chuk is the best actor I’ve ever worked with,” said the MCU filmmaker. “He has nothing to do with race.”

Previously, James Gunn had praised Margot Robbie widely, during the filming of The Suicide Squad. Beyond Marvel Studios, the Harley Quinn actress was “without a doubt” the best actress she had ever worked with. It seems Chuck Iwuji has garnered the same accolades, but within the MCU.

A very nice relationship between actor and filmmaker

While working together on Peacemaker, the DC Comics television series on HBO Max, James Gunn confirmed Iwuji’s then-undisclosed role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, sharing his admiration for Iwuji as an actor by casting him in a highly coveted role. “Chuk has joined the Marvel Studios cast.
