How to get Keldeo in Pokémon GO?
The most striking thing about this event is that in addition to bringing back the mystical swordsmen (Terrakion, Verizion and Cobalion) in Raids, it will feature the Foal Pokémon, Keldeo, one of the unique creatures of the Unova region. The bad news is that this event will only offer Keldeo Regular Form via virtual ticket, so players will have to spend $7.99 USD to unlock a special research task that includes an encounter with this Pokémon, among other rewards, such as 1 Keldeo Avatar T-shirt, 14 Rare Candies, 12 Silver Pinap Berries, 2 Incubators, 2 Super Incubators, 2 Incense, and various encounters with Fighting and Water-type Pokémon.

Once the player purchases the ticket, they will need to log in to the game between December 10 and 11 (8:00 PM local time) to receive the Special Research task and keep and complete it even after this date. So far it is not known if there will be another way to get Keldeo or the other way of him. However, judging by previous events, it is very likely that Niantic will release a special research task months later that will allow this Pokémon to be unlocked for free, just as it happened with Meloetta months after debuting at the Pokémon GO Fest 2022 event in pay.
In case you missed it: Pokémon GO will celebrate the Hoenn region in the Pokémon GO Tour 2023. Will you pay to get Keldeo in Pokémon GO? Tell us in the comments. Pokémon GO is available on mobile devices. You can find more news related to this title if you visit our minisite dedicated to it.
