The portal TheaterTable was updated with the movie release information Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Movie: Guren no Kizuna-hen (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: The Movie – Scarlet Bond), scheduled for next November 25 in theaters in Japan. The site lists 309 theaters where the film will be released, marking the first time a late-night anime has taken over theaters after Kimetsu no Yaiba Y jujutsu kaisen. It should be remembered that this franchise is considered the “King of Narou”, referring to the fact that it is considered the most successful work that emerged from the site. Shousetsuka ni Narou, a Japanese independent novel portal from which an infinity of light novels have emerged, generally of the isekai genre. On the other hand, Crunchyroll will be in charge of the distribution of this feature film in select theaters in Latin America from the beginning of the year 2023, probably also having a dubbing into Latin Spanish. The official synopsis writes: A long-running conspiracy swirls around a mysterious power known as “Queen” in Raja, a small country west of Tempest. The first season of the anime Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken was produced by the studios 8-Bitunder the direction of Yasuhito Kikuchi and scripts written by Kazuyuki Fudeyasuand premiered in October 2018. The second season was directed by Atsushi Nakayama and aired in two halves in January 2021 and July 2021 in Japan.
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Synopsis
Satoru Mikami, 37, is a typical company worker who is perfectly content with his monotonous lifestyle in Tokyo, aside from never having gotten a girlfriend once in his life. In the midst of a chance encounter with his colleague, he falls victim to a random assailant on the street and is stabbed. However, as he succumbs to his injuries, a peculiar voice echoes in his mind and recites a bunch of commands that the dying man can’t make sense of. When Satoru regains consciousness, he discovers that he has been reincarnated as a slime in an unknown realm. In doing so, he gains new abilities, most notably the power to devour anything and mimic his appearance and abilities. Next, he stumbles upon the catastrophic-level sealed monster “Storm Dragon” Veldora, which has been sealed for the past 300 years for having laid waste to a city. Understanding his situation, Satoru befriends him and promises to help him destroy the seal. In return, Veldora grants him the name Rimuru Tempest to grant him divine protection. Now freed from the mundanities of his past life, Rimuru embarks on a new journey with a clear goal in mind.
