Fans want multiplayer to have more maps and game modes, but it’s something that 343 Industries hasn’t been able to deliver at the desired rate. That said, it seems like something that could be fixed with the return of some of the best maps Halo has ever had. It just so happens that in an episode of the Kinda Funny Games podcast, Joseph Staten, head of creative at 343 Industries, hinted that the return of some of the best maps in Halo history is a real possibility. This after one of the podcast members asked him why they didn’t remake old maps.

Classic maps in Halo Infinite seem to be a real possibility
As you can see, Staten did not explicitly confirm that 343 Industries will be adding classic Halo maps to Halo Infinite. However, the creative’s response is striking for several reasons. We say this because at no time did Staten deny that it is something that 343 Industries can do. Also, the joking and playful way he reacted seems to be a hint that the studio is working on bringing this content back for Halo Infinite.

One of the main problems with Halo Infinite is the lack of content, and fans would like to replay some of Halo’s most iconic maps.
